RUM TURBO – Fermentation instructions

RUM TURBO
Fermentation instructions for 25 Litres:
When using just molasses put 6.4kg of molasses into your 25L fermenter
and add 5 litres of boiling water. Stir until dissolved then top up to 25L with
cold water before adding Rum Turbo Yeast. Stir until fully mixed.
Start gravity should be around 1.140 and finish 1.055-1.060 to yield 11% ABV.

Instructions when using a blend of molasses with sugar for extra strength:
Put 5 litres of boiling water into your 25L fermenter together with 5kg of
sugar (it can be refined or unrefined sugar) and stir until dissolved.
Then add 2kg of molasses, stir until dissolved, then top up to 25L with cold
water before adding Rum Turbo Yeast. Stir until fully mixed.
Start gravity should be around 1.100 and finish 1.000-1.005 to yield 15% ABV.
Never make more then 25 litres in one batch.
